The Vendor shall be responsible for communicating its refund policy to the Customers and to issue a refund as per refund policy and under applicable laws. All issues related to refund shall always be between the Customer and the Vendor. We (AutoStoreQa Trading) are not liable for any refund-related claims in connection with the Vendor and the Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the website in connection therewith.

We will refund you back in the following circumstances:
1. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error.
2. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time.
3. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
4. If the delivery is not made within 30 days.
